“We searched communities far and wide, throughout Florida. When we came to Solivita we said, ‘This is it! No use looking any further.’ The amenities in the Village Center… no other communities even came close. The golf courses are wonderful, and there’s such a peaceful feeling from being surrounded by all this beauty. We are outdoors people and I enjoy photography; with the incredible wild life here I’ve been taking amazing pictures. With all the clubs, any interest you have is going to be met and shared with others in the community.”

“My husband and I heard about Solivita 11 years ago. We did a drive down, took a look, and started counting the days till we could move here. I can do everything I enjoy here…we’re big time fishermen, so my husband and I will be the ones you see floating around in our canoes or on our little boat. I teach scrapbooking classes, do my ceramics, exercise at the pools, enjoy bus trips with the clubs. Whenever we see new people moving in, we go and introduce ourselves; it’s very easy to make friends.”

“In searching Florida properties, we kept coming back to Solivita. We really love the style of the community, and that it’s smaller in scale than something like The Villages. It’s a warm and friendly environment where people really care about each other. And since our number one hobby is golf, we especially love the two Stonegate golf courses – we’re members and participate in couples, men’s, women’s, and social leagues. I also like billiards; I play on Tuesdays, very competitive leagues. I participate as a volunteer to set up the ballrooms for events. And every type of class you can imagine is available at the spa & fitness center.”
