Kissimmee-based developer and general contractor Thomas Chalifoux has finished closing on a total of 36 acres in Poinciana Office & Industrial Park on which he plans the development of an estimated $50-$60 million mixed-use project consisting of approximately 500,000-600,000 sq. ft. of retail office and office warehouse space.
