Ann Tonelli Named Sales Manager of TerraLargo by Avatar® Properties

LAKELAND, FL---Ann Tonelli, a veteran of 24 years in residential real estate sales and a Diamond Circle award-winner with the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA), has been named sales manager at TerraLargoSM, a Tuscan-themed, lakefront community being developed by AvatarAvatar® Properties Inc. in north Lakeland.
Responsible for overseeing the recent close outs of AvatarAvatar® homes in the Tampa area communities of Sterling Hill and Cory Lake Isles, Tonelli began her real estate sales career in New York in 1984 and has been selling residential real estate in the Tampa area since 1998.
Tonelli has the distinction of being a Diamond Circle winner in the TBBA’s Awards of Excellence, Million Dollar Club, closing residential sales of nearly $83 million between October 1, 2004 and September 30, 2007.
