Avatar begins sales in Nautic Isle at the Isles of Bellalago

With over 85 percent of the 207 homes sold in Bella Isle, Avatar Properties Inc. has begun the sale of homes in Nautic Isle, the second of four neighborhoods in its water-oriented community of the Isles of Bellalago.
Over half of the 80 Avatar homesites in Nautic Isle overlook an inland lake in the 345-acre master-planned community on Pleasant Hill Road.
Three- and 4-bedroom homes in Avatar’s popular Terra Series start in the $290s in both Nautic Isle and Bella Isle.
Approximately 536 homes with 1,563 to 2,261 sq. ft. of living area are planned for the Isles of Bellalago, located opposite Avatar’s hot-selling, gated community of Bellalago on Lake Tohopekaliga.
A gated main entry is planned for the Isles of Bellalago to include fountains and decorative arbors, with lush landscaping and lakes bordering the main boulevard. All four neighborhoods will be accessed by a bridge spanning water to give the illusion of driving onto an island.
Also planned is a community amenity complex with clubhouse, fitness center, junior Olympic pool, heated spa, children’s water park, and a tot lot.
Homes in the Terra Series come with tile roofs, brick paver driveways and walkways, lush lawn and landscape packages, and a host of interior designer features including 9’4” ceilings, spacious great rooms and family rooms, gourmet island kitchens, luxurious master suites, richly appointed master baths. Options include tray and 11’4” ceilings, fireplaces and swimming pools.
