Avatar has ‘ready-to-go’ homes at attractive close out prices

Nationally-ranked and Florida-based homebuilder Avatar Properties Inc. is down to just 50 “ready-to-go” homes at close out prices at master-planned communities in Hernando and Hillsborough counties.
Avatar has 39 homes available for immediate occupancy in the family-oriented community of Sterling Hill in Spring Hill, and 11 available for immediate occupancy in the gated, lakefront community of Cory Lake Isles in New Tampa.
At Sterling Hill, a development by Devco Communities of Tampa, Avatar is offering 3- and 4-bedroom homes for immediate occupancy in the Dunwoody and Mandalay Place neighborhoods. They range from the 3-bedroom, 2-bath Lantana with 1,625 sq. ft. of living area at $169,700, to the 4-bedroom/3-bath/3-car garage Spruce with 2,836 sq. ft. of living area at $263,700.

Avatar is offering homes that range from the 3-bedroom, 2-bath Granada with over 2,000 sq. ft. of living area on a lakefront cul-de-sac at $399,900, to the 6-bedroom, 4-bath San Remo with over 4,700 sq. ft. of living area and 3-car garage on a prime lakefront homesite at $899,900.
All the Avatar homes are located on Cory Lakes Isles’ 165-acre lake and offer a variety of upgrades ranging from granite countertops, oversized ceramic tile, and stainless steel appliance packages.
