Avatar® offers two lines of “affordable” homes in Poinciana

POINCIANA, FL---Consumer-conscious Avatar® Properties Inc. has given Central Florida homebuyers two more reasons to consider making Poinciana their next address by offering its Garden Collection and Community Series of single-family homes, affordably-priced from the $120s and $160s, respectively.
“The 13 plans in the Garden Collection and Community Series are opening the door for first-time buyers, families and other market segments that have been on the outside looking in,” said Bruce Cole, Avatar® general manager of primary homebuilding operations in Poinciana.
“With the median price of Central Florida homes hovering around $250,000 for the past two years, it’s been hard for most homebuyers to find affordably priced single-family homes,” Cole said.
Avatar® is offering five 3-bedroom, 2-bath plans in the Garden Collection with 1,015 to 1,518 sq. ft. of living area on 80-foot-wide homesites in the Villages of Poinciana. Forty four homes have been sold and another 23 early delivery homes are available in its popular inventory blowout at prices from the $120s.
Eight 3- and 4-bedroom plans in the Community Series are available with 1,620 to 2,777 sq. ft. of living area on 70-foot-wide homesites in Poinciana’s Deerwood Estates. Thirty eight have been sold and another 33 early delivery homes are available in its popular inventory blowout at prices from the $160s.
Available in two elevations per plan, Garden Collection plans offer great rooms, spacious master suites with walk-in wardrobes, master baths with dual-sink vanities, and kitchens with pantries, breakfast bars, dishwashers, self-cleaning ovens, and ranges with range hoods. The largest plan also includes a formal dining room, and all plans feature 2-car garages.
