Avatar posting strong sales at the Isles of Bellalago

Avatar Properties Inc. has sold better than 80 percent of the first 73 homes in phase one at the Isles of Bellalago, the company’s newest master-planned community being developed on 345 acres between Pleasant Hill Road and Poinciana Boulevard.
To meet strong homebuyer demand, Avatar plans to initiate sales in October for the remaining 244 homes in the community’s first phase of development.
Located opposite Avatar’s award-winning community of Bellalago on Pleasant Hill Road, the Isles of Bellalago currently offers six plans from the company’s popular Terra Series at prices from the mid-$280s.
Homes include tile roofs, brick paver driveways and walkways, and offer 1,563 to 2,261 sq. ft. of living area. Features include 9’4” ceilings, spacious great rooms and family rooms, gourmet island kitchens, richly appointed master baths, and a host of options including tray and 11’4” ceilings, fireplaces and swimming pools.
The Isles of Bellalago is planned for approximately 536 Mediterranean-style single-family homes in several neighborhoods, most of which are planned to be accessed by a bridge spanning water to give the illusion of driving onto an island.
A gated main entry, proposed for construction directly across Pleasant Hill Road from the south entrance to Bellalago, is planned to include fountains and decorative arbors, along with lush landscaping and lakes bordering the main boulevard.
Like Bellalago, water will be the main theme at the Isles of Bellalago with a number of lakes planned throughout the community. Also planned is a community amenity complex with clubhouse, fitness center, junior Olympic pool, heated spa, children’s water park and tot lot. Other planned amenities include a number of passive parks and a network of walking and biking paths.
Sales for the Isles of Bellalago are being conducted from the Bellalago sales and information center.
