Avatar Properties’ Tampa Division Maintains Sales Momentum For Third Straight Quarter Nearly D

The Tampa division of Avatar Properties Inc., based in Coral Gables, Florida, reports that sales of new homes in its Cory Lake Isles neighborhood remain strong for the third straight quarter with 27 single family units sold. Since it began building in the New Tampa master planned community located near Interstate 75 and Bruce B, Downs Blvd last August, Avatar reports sales of 156 homes for $57,098,000.
“We are 86 percent over our projected sales for 2004,” says David Pardue, division manager of Avatar’s Tampa division. “We surpassed our annual goal early in the second quarter with a total of 118 new homes sold. and had a respectable third quarter despite the ,” adds Pardue.
Cory Lake Isles is located in the city of Tampa in Hillsborough County near major thoroughfares enabling residents to take advantage of Tampa’s shopping centers, cultural events and attractions. The planned 600-home community boasts a 165-acre Cory Lake suitable for fishing, boating, as well as other water sports and 17,000 acres of wooded preserves creating a nature haven. A 6,000 square foot beach club, state of the art fitness center, tennis and basketball courts and a roller blade hockey rink provide additional entertainment for residents of all ages just moments from home.
