The company’s Classico Series at Stillwater Landing in BellalagoSMhas produced 15 sales in the first 30 days on the market and another five sales are pending, according to Michael Manning, director of sales.
“We’ve stepped outside the conventional box by delivering upscale Mediterranean-style homes from the low $200s on homesites that are all 125 feet deep and have a minimum of 25 feet between homes which is two and a half times the current minimum separation,” said Manning.
“In addition to the extra space between homes, approximately 37 percent of the 125 planned homes in Stillwater Landing front an inland lake or a park which gives the neighborhood a special sense of place by amplifying the natural setting,” he explained.
