Husband and wife team join Avatar® Lifestyle Homes at Solivita®

POINCIANA, FL---Avatar® Lifestyle Homes, the resale and rental division at the award-winning active adult community of Solivita®, has expanded its staff by adding the husband and wife team of Richard and Nikki Davies.Nikki, a licensed broker with a master’s degree in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, and Richard, a Realtor® with a wealth of experience in international sales and a native of the United Kingdom, join Pat Plumstead and Janice Dusette at Avatar® Lifestyle Homes which “is quickly becoming the office of choice when looking to buy, sell or rent in Solivita®,” said Marty Cohn, the division’s broker of record and new home sales director at Solivita® .
“Richard’s and Nikki’s extensive experience in finance and international sales will enhance our overall operation by better meeting the needs of our resale residents as well as Floridians, out-of-state residents, and international visitors seeking to purchase or rent,” said Plumstead, an experienced Realtor® with a systems background and the original sales associate with Avatar® Lifestyle Homes.
