Sonoma Coffee Coming to the Village Shops at Bellalago

KISSIMMEE, FL --- Sonoma Coffee is the newest tenant to come on board at the Village Shops at Bellalago, the recently completed $25 million upscale retail center on Pleasant Hill Road. Sonoma Coffee joins Publix and 10 other tenants committed to the 103,000 sq. ft. retail center flanking the south entrance to BellalagoSM, a 1,330-acre gated, lakeside community being developed by Avatar® Properties Inc. on the east side of Pleasant Hill Road.
Publix, the 46,031 sq. ft. anchor with a drive-thru pharmacy, recently kicked off a parade of openings that will take place at the Village Shops in the coming weeks and months. McDonalds and Walgreens Drug Store, Fifth/Third Bank, and Jazzy Nail Spa and Boutique are planning late August or early September openings.
A development of South Florida-based Southeast Centers, LLC, the Village Shops at Bellalago tenant list also includes Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurant, Citrus Garden Chinese Restaurant, SunTrust Bank, Rita’s Italian Ices, Collazzo Accounting, and a liquor store. Leases currently are pending for a national pizza chain, a national sub sandwich operator, a national discount hair salon, a chiropractor, and a barber shop.
The Village Shops at Bellalago has a Mediterranean architectural theme and landscape design to complement the motif of BellalagoSM and its sister community the Isles of BellalagoSM which is located opposite the retail project on the west side of Pleasant Hill Road.
In addition to the Village Shops at Bellalago, Southeast Centers, LLC has developed Poinciana Promenade in Poinciana Towne Center and Solivita Marketplace, also in Poinciana.
