KISSIMMEE, FL --- Residents of BellalagoSM / Isles of BellalagoSM have yet another reason to love living in the award-winning, lakeside community.Developer Avatar® Properties Inc. recently held the grand opening for the Sunset Terrace grill which sits alongside the community's Club Vialago aquatic complex on the shore of Lake Tohopekaliga (Toho).

In fact, it already has captured the fancy of BellalagoSM/Isles of BellalagoSM residents, according to Sunset Terrace grill operator and cook Matt Harris.
"We've sold everything on the menu in the first two weeks and have been so busy I've had to add a third cook and another server to our current staff," said Harris, one of two current cooks and owner of Wings Shack, Inc.
Currently open Thursdays through Sundays for lunch and dinner, the Sunset Terrace menu offers wings with a selection of six sauces, and four specialty sandwiches including a WingShack Burger, Pork Chop Sandwich, BellalagoSM Fisherman's Sandwich, and a Philly Cheese Steak. Grill items include Shrimp, Chicken and Rib dinners, a whole BBQ Chicken, and Ribs by the slab or half slab, while sides include Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Fries, Onion Rings, Potato Salad and Mozzarella Sticks. Salads include Garden, Caesar, Grilled Chicken, Tuna and Grilled Shrimp.
A kid's menu offers Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Fingers, Hot Dogs and a PB&J sandwich. Drinks include fountain soda, sweet tea, draft and bottled beers, and wine by the glass or bottle.
"We've kept the menu simple for right now and will make adjustments as we go along based on what the residents want and seasonal availability," said Harris. "Right now everything we have to offer has been extremely well received."
